1. What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on Decoronvy that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.
Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Decoronvy
2. How do I return an item?
To return an item / request refund:
- Go to Your Orders and locate the order number you wish to return.
- Click on Contact us.Note: You must enter order id to request refund
- Select a reason for return and enter comments.
- Click ‘Submit’.
- Our delivery executive will come and pickup your order.
- Once the product has reached us we will initiate the refund with in 24 hours.
- You will receive the refund within 7 working days back to your original payment mode.
Cancellation policy: Currently we do not support cancellation of orders i.e. once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
